Alerts (missed calls)

• Admin: Alert management (/admin/alerts) — rules and fired events
• Manager: /manager/alerts — fired events; Rule edits are admin-only

The landlord can turn Alerts off.

Rules (admin)

1. Open Alerts.
2. Name, Kind: missed_call or long_wait (long wait uses a 60s default).
3. Click Add rule.
4. Enable / Disable / Delete on each rule.

Fired alerts lists events. Refresh to update.

If there are No rules, Octone auto-creates a missed-call rule on the first miss.

Missed-call alerts fire from the voice hangup when the call was never answered. They show on Admin home / Manager home counts as well.
