Billing, plans, and extra numbers
Admin → Billing shows this company’s plan, invoices, and payment method. Extra numbers bill on the same subscription.
Tenant owners and admins open Admin → Billing (/admin/billing). Managers and users do not see billing.
What you see
- Current plan — Starter ($49), Team ($149), Business ($399), or trial. Trial and landlord-created companies use Team caps.
- People, numbers, minutes, and texts included on that plan.
- Payment method — update the card, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe customer portal when this company has a Stripe customer.
Phone numbers and texts are purchased inside Octone (Numbers / SMS), not at checkout. Package details: Packages vs per-tenant overrides.
Extra numbers
Your package includes a number of DIDs and a hard max. Extra numbers above the included amount bill on the existing subscription (local $5 / vanity $15 / toll-free $10 per month). If billing for extras is not configured, Octone does not buy the number. 800-prefix numbers are quoted, not purchased automatically.

Extra people require a plan upgrade — they are not sold as add-ons, including on Starter.
Change plan
Use the portal button on Billing, or start from Pricing when signing up. Feature modules follow the package unless the landlord overrides them for this company.
In the iOS app, Manage billing / signup / plan purchase open in Safari (not in-app Stripe Checkout). Desktop browsers still use Stripe on octone.co as usual.
