Delete your account
Permanently delete your Octone login from Account. Last owners also close the company workspace.
Anyone signed in can open Account at /account. This is a real delete, not a deactivate.
Demo path (App Review)
- Sign in at /login (email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google).
- Open Account from the softphone bar, User / Admin / Manager home, or go directly to /account.
- Read the owner / member warning.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
- You land on Sign in with “Your account was deleted.”
What is deleted
- Member, agent, manager, or extra owner — your user login is removed. The company stays. Desk-phone extensions stay and are unlinked from you.
- Last remaining owner — your login and the company workspace are removed (people, numbers stored in Octone, calls, messages). If the company has a Stripe customer, Octone cancels open subscriptions when billing is configured.
- Platform operator (landlord) — not deleted from this page. Email support@octone.co.
Admin → Users can still deactivate someone else. That is not the same as this Account delete. You cannot delete yourself from Users (that path stays on Account).
What may remain
Carrier numbers, encrypted backups, and invoices Octone must keep for accounting or law can remain after the account is gone. See Privacy.
