Sales assist cards
Keyword coaching chips for agents on a live call, plus a simulator to demo without a transcript.
Admins build the library at Admin → Sales cards (/admin/assist). Agents use Sales assist (/app/assist) and a panel on the softphone.
The Sales assist feature must be on for the company.
Build cards
- Open Sales cards.
- Title — short chip title (for example
Price). - Keywords — comma-separated triggers (
price, cost, expensive). - Tips — a few short bullets the agent should say.
- Optionally scope to a division.
- Save card.
Live calls
When an agent is on a live call and sales assist is on, Octone starts call transcription (when the phone service supports it) and stores snippets on the call. The assist panel polls every 2 seconds and shows cards whose keywords appear in the transcript.
If live transcription is not available yet, use Simulate keywords on /app/assist — type sample caller text and matching cards appear immediately.
