WeChat is not on this phone platform. Official Accounts / WeCom are a separate China stack.
Octone’s phone platform does not send or receive WeChat.
WeChat Official Account and WeCom (Work) use a China-side stack: AppID, secret, and typically ICP filing. That is separate from the calling and SMS platform Octone uses. There is no honest way to “send WeChat” from this product today.
What you can do
- Read this note on Admin → Integrations.
- Join the waitlist if you want to be notified later. That stores your email — it does not enable send.
- Contact Octone if you need a China-side project.
We will not show a fake send button that claims a WeChat message was delivered.
