Company WhatsApp threads. Sending only works after the landlord connects WhatsApp Business.
Tenant admins open Admin → WhatsApp (/admin/whatsapp). The WhatsApp module must be on.

If WhatsApp is not connected, Send stays off. Ask the landlord (Octone operator) to finish connecting WhatsApp Business on the platform. Octone will not pretend a message went out.
When it is connected, compose a destination number and message the same way as SMS. Inbound WhatsApp is stored on this page (channel tagged WhatsApp).
Landlord
Connecting WhatsApp is platform work, not a tenant API-key form. Set the platform WhatsApp sender (and optional profile) so tenant send can work. If those are empty, every tenant sees the not-connected message.
